Phenomenal Pool & Landscape

Phenomenal Pool & Landscape is a gunite pool builder and outdoor contractor based in Rocklin, holding three California licenses (CSLB #1109912: C53 Pools, C35 Plastering, and C27 Landscape) that cover the full scope of pool, plaster, deck, and landscape work under one contract. New custom gunite pools start at $61,995 with 600 square feet of standard concrete decking, and attached spa options are available by city. Pool resurfacing is done by an in-house plaster crew, stripping and refinishing the existing surface. Equipment on every new build includes variable-speed Pentair pumps and smart automation. Water features include rock waterfalls, grottos, fire bowls, and tanning ledges. Outdoor kitchens, retaining walls, and decking ride on the same contract as the pool. Commercial pool work is offered. Financing is available through Wisetack, Lyon Financial, and HFS Financial. New pools carry a five-year workmanship warranty on the interior finish and a lifetime structural warranty on the shell.
