Blackard Pool Construction

Greg Blackard started in pool remodeling in 1986 and opened Blackard Pool Construction in Napa in 2002, building more than 37 years of hands-on experience in custom pool work. The family-owned company constructs new pools and spas, remodels and resurfaces existing ones, and handles pool and spa repair. Finishes offered include plaster, quartz, and pebble, alongside tile and coping work. Completed projects include new builds with connected spas, water features, gold quartz coping, and fiber optic lighting, and remodels with travertine coping details. Free estimates are available, and referrals are provided on request. The phrase "from the ground down" reflects the company's focus on every structural and finish phase of a pool build.
