Liquid Development Inc

Liquid Development Inc is a design and construction firm in Los Angeles that builds custom pools and water features with landscape architecture as a unified scope. Its construction process runs from excavation, compacted soil and steel through gunite, glass tiles, retaining walls, Pebble finishes and concrete decks, and it installs both gunite and fiberglass pools, including fiberglass shells on narrow-access properties with laser-measured levels. The portfolio includes negative-edge pools, glass-tiled spas, infinity pools overlooking the Hollywood Hills, a perimeter overflow pool and a natural creek integration in Malibu. Water features and front entrance fountains are a named specialty. Outdoor work extends to pergola shade structures, fire pits, sitting areas and cool deck jets. The firm also handles pool and spa remodels, pool equipment installation and existing pool demolition when the project requires it. Rated 5.0 from 1 Google review.
